1. Custom Orders

All custom-made bridal gowns are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Ready-to-Wear Items

Ready-made items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused

• The item is in original condition

• Tags are intact

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
